This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee enterprise-wide headcount and compensation forecasting, covering hiring plans, vacancies, salaries, benefits, incentives, recruiting expenses, and other workforce-related costs.
• Take ownership of enterprise forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders on revenue generation, cost structures, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Create and refine financial models for scenario analysis, mergers and acquisitions, pricing strategies, investment choices, and capital allocation.
• Prepare high-level financial analyses and deliverables for executives, including Board materials, investor presentations, performance dashboards, and management reports.
• Assist in strategic initiatives through pricing, profitability, investment, and business case evaluations.
• Examine financial and operational performance, identify trends and discrepancies, and offer actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement process enhancements, reporting improvements, and automation in FP&A processes.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance financial transparency, forecasting precision, and data-informed decision-making.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Ideally, experience within a private equity-backed or rapidly growing healthcare organization.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Capability to translate intricate financial concepts into clear insights for executive stakeholders.
• Outstanding analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach.
• Experience with AI-driven productivity and analytical tools is a plus.
• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Must reside in the US.
