Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing the forecasting cycle and annual budget process for the region.

• Supervises monthly financial operations within the region.

• Prepares the monthly financial review for executive leadership.

• Acts as a reliable finance advisor to the region’s RVP(s).

• Develops pro forma models, scenarios, and strategic analyses to aid operational decisions.

• Monitors practice and unit-level performance throughout the region.

• Serves as the finance liaison for the region, coordinating with Corporate Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management, Client Services, and Business Development.

• Promotes process enhancements that tackle regional challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

• Over 5 years of experience in operations finance and/or FP&A.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting results and presenting insights and opportunities to senior leadership.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the capability to simplify complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.

• Experience in collaborating with operational and business leaders across functions.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and produce accurate work within tight deadlines.
