Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the Finance Business Partner for Communications, Marketing, and various functional teams.

• Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

• Create and sustain financial models to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, encompassing variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional leaders and oversee planning cycles.

• Recognize inefficiencies and spearhead improvements in financial planning, reporting, and tracking processes.

• Assist in strategic cross-team initiatives, such as global fundraising campaigns and grant-funded community events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning.

• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets along with modern financial modeling and data visualization tools.

• Capacity to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team that spans multiple time zones.

• Current work authorization in the hiring location for non-US candidates.
