This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Accurately assign every expense to the relevant job, department, and category, eliminating any unassigned or misclassified expenditures.
• Ensure the precision of purchase orders from issuance through to receipt and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to support the accuracy of revenue, COGS, and gross profit by brand, department, and job.
• Reconcile data across the field service platform, QuickBooks, and CRM systems.
• Generate precise, timely, and defensible commission reports.
• Assist in budgeting and expense planning across various brands and entities.
• Develop and maintain department-level performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and a consistent reporting schedule.
• Compile weekly and monthly reporting packages for ownership review.
• Manage CRM data integrity, including tag structures, duplicate detection and merging, pipeline data, and job-status information.
• Establish data standards to keep information organized as the company expands its locations and workforce.
• Identify margin erosion, cost increases, pricing issues, and outlier jobs.
• Investigate discrepancies and provide explanations.
• Serve as a liaison between accounting, operations, and sales, working directly with ownership.
• Complete a brief 2-minute video response as part of the screening process.
• Over 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, or business operations.
• Familiarity with both the general ledger and the operational systems that support it.
• Authentic experience in job costing.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, nested logic, and structured models.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, particularly in class and location tracking within a multi-entity setup.
• Experience with a CRM or field service management platform.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment regarding discrepancies.
• Capability to communicate issues clearly and directly with individuals who do not report to you.
• Self-motivated approach to work.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL.
• Bonus: Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based trades, construction, or home services company.
• Must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
