Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.

• Analyze financial data and develop financial models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis to aid business planning and decision-making processes.

• Generate financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Compile and present a precise monthly summary of expenses and direct costs with clear, action-oriented commentary and analysis.

• Gather, review, and analyze financial information/statements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED along with six (6) years of experience in Accounting/Finance/Business or a financial analysis-related field, which includes analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports, or preparing journal entries and executing account reconciliations.

• OR an Associate’s degree coupled with four (4) years of experience in Accounting/Finance/Business or a financial analysis-related field, which includes analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports, or preparing journal entries and executing account reconciliations.

• OR a Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of experience in Accounting/Finance/Business or a financial analysis-related field, which includes analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports, or preparing journal entries and executing account reconciliations.

• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Candidates must reside within North Carolina.

• Ability to travel within the catchment area as necessary.
