This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across various clinics, regions, and service lines
• Conduct variance analysis to pinpoint key factors affecting financial performance
• Develop and manage financial models to aid in decision-making processes
• Evaluate economics at both clinic and provider levels
• Recognize patterns in patient volume, lifetime value (LTV), payer mix, reimbursement rates, and operational efficiency
• Convert financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights
• Create and uphold dashboards and reports that integrate financial and operational data
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Clinical teams, and various other departments
• Provide support for ad hoc analyses aimed at senior leadership and strategic initiatives
• Discover opportunities to enhance financial reporting efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• 3 to 6+ years of experience in analytical finance
• Proficient financial modeling skills with a solid understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in handling large datasets and executing data analyses
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is preferred
• Knowledge of data processing tools (e.g., Alteryx) is an advantage
• Understanding of SQL and/or Python is a plus
