Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The Senior Financial Analyst is chiefly tasked with creating annual operational budgets for Telecare and conducting research and analysis on budget-related issues.

• This role requires a self-sufficient individual contributor capable of understanding essential business drivers and formulating financial models and analyses that facilitate insightful, precise, and timely decision-making at both program and regional levels.

• The position necessitates close collaboration with various business partners, including program and regional operational staff, corporate leaders, executives, and external stakeholders.

• The successful candidate must effectively communicate and convert financial data into valuable business insights, enabling the organization to identify growth opportunities, address gaps, and manage risks more efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics is required.

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and planning within a multi-facility organization is essential.

• A solid understanding of accounting and budgeting principles is necessary.

• Proven ability to work independently is a must.

• Ability to synthesize information from various sources and present comprehensive and concise analyses is required.

• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results from the relevant post-offer physical examination, a 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, satisfactory criminal background checks, excluded party sanctions, and verification of degrees or licenses.

• If driving is necessary for the role, a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance must be provided upon employment and maintained throughout the duration of employment.
