This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Conduct advanced financial analysis and reporting at a senior level.
• Execute statistical, cost, and financial evaluations of data derived from internal sources.
• Generate reports concerning health care expenditures, provider agreements, debt capacity, revenue, and profitability.
• Support budget formulation and financial planning activities.
• Examine budgets for adherence to compliance standards and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with senior management and executive leadership to deliver decision-making support for initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Undertake special projects, including research, forecasting, and investigating feasible alternatives.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of experience and education.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Medicare and Medicaid hospital reimbursement.
• Background in hospital finance and financial analysis.
• No professional license or certification is necessary.
