This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting at a senior level.
• Carry out statistical, cost, and financial assessments of data from diverse internal sources.
• Create reports regarding health care expenses, provider agreements, debt capacity, revenue, and profitability.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning activities.
• Help review budgets for compliance and identify potential cost-saving measures.
• Act as a consultant to senior management and executive leadership, offering decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Undertake special projects and assigned responsibilities, including research, forecasting, and evaluating viable alternatives.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• A bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of experience and education.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• No professional license or certification is necessary.
• Proficiency in conducting complex financial, statistical, and cost analyses.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and supporting budgeting and financial planning efforts.
• Familiarity with capital tracking, fixed asset accounting, ASC 842 lease accounting, and FASB research.
