• Execute thorough financial audits across various business entities.
• Examine financial statements, general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.
• Detect financial discrepancies, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in reporting.
• Ascertain root causes of financial issues and apply corrective measures.
• Ensure that financial reporting adheres to internal standards and accounting best practices.
• Assess and enhance financial workflows across multiple organizations.
• Create standardized financial reporting procedures and internal controls.
• Streamline month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Propose scalable enhancements for financial systems and reporting.
• Employ QuickBooks for accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Construct financial models and reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Ensure precise reconciliation and management of financial records.
• Recruit, train, and oversee bookkeeping staff.
• Assess bookkeeping accuracy and conduct account reconciliations.
• Formulate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bookkeeping tasks.
• Uphold quality control over financial data entry and reporting.
• Generate financial reports for executive leadership.
• Evaluate financial performance across multiple entities.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning.
• Recognize financial risks, opportunities, and operational enhancements.

• Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, or corporate finance.
• Proven experience in conducting financial audits and reconciling complex financial data.
• Background in overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Experience in managing bookkeeping functions.
• Expertise in developing financial reports and conducting strategic financial analysis.
• Proficient in improving financial processes and internal controls.
• Experience in supporting forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow assessments.
