This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop financial analysis models that support operational decisions throughout the OnTrac network, including initiatives focused on cost reduction and long-term planning, as well as annual budgeting.
• Streamline and automate existing models and tools to aid in the scalability of the Transportation Network.
• Conduct operations and cost planning for the Network.
• Perform variance analysis and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Assess and refine methodologies that are fundamental to our business models and tools.
• Collaborate with operations staff to promote process enhancements, productivity gains, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee the reporting of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly results.
• Lead financial review meetings with key partner business units.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Occasional travel may be necessary, estimated at less than 10%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SQL, Oracle, Power BI, and large data analysis is essential.
