Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and identify trends within data.

• Create both standard and customized data reports for quality reporting, performance enhancement initiatives, and operational assessments.

• Review historical and projected financial data to aid in financial decision-making.

• Conduct financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting tasks.

• Present financial information and models in a clear and concise manner.

• Oversee vendor financial relationships as necessary.

• Execute financial reclassifications and adjustments related to sanctioned contract modifications.

• Address inquiries concerning Workday cost centers.

• Examine and manage directly paid expenses.

• Assess monthly invoices and confirm savings from approved gain-share projects.

• Aid in data imports and exports.

• Conduct periodic audits of data sources.

• Stay updated on healthcare trends and operational practices.

• Provide support to other teams and engage in assigned projects as a financial resource.

• Review and assess financial statements and reports.

• Monitor KPIs and generate financial reports.

• Assist with budgeting and the monthly closing processes.

• Comprehend key business drivers.

• Offer financial guidance to clients.

• Develop financial forecasts and construct financial models.

• Carry out research and analysis.

• Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, company policies, and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or a combination of post-secondary education and experience (required).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting (required).

• Experience in managing both capital and operating expenses (preferred).

• Background in healthcare (preferred).

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively within both organizational and partner technologies, processes, and systems.

• Competence in financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
