Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of financial and operational performance for the EurAsia Leadership Team and EurAsia Finance Leadership Team.

• Assist in planning and forecasting cycles.

• Create management reports and presentations suitable for executives.

• Collaborate with FP&A teams and business partners to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Convert financial results and business developments into thorough analyses, commentaries, and presentations.

• Clarify performance drivers and aid in strategic and operational decision-making.

• Enhance FP&A processes through advanced reporting and analytical tools.

• Analyze performance, identify business drivers, and transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, information systems, analytics, computer science, or a related field.

• 3 to 4 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, business intelligence, reporting, automation, or financial systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Proficient in Power BI.

• Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with financial data and analytical tools.

• Proven ability to translate business inquiries into structured analyses, reporting, and actionable insights.

• Knowledge of AI and predictive analytics in finance decision-making.

• Strong integrity and focus on data quality, security, and responsible AI practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively within a virtual, multicultural team.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

• Advanced degree, professional finance certification, or relevant technology credential.

• Familiarity with OneStream, Hyperion, Essbase, or similar planning platforms.

• Experience with cloud data platforms or enterprise data and reporting environments.

• Ability to use automation, low-code, or AI tools to enhance finance processes.

• Curiosity about emerging analytics tools and a desire to develop new digital capabilities.

• Experience in agile delivery, testing, release management, training, and adoption.

• Experience partnering across Finance, Data & Analytics, and IT within a multinational matrix organization.
