HR Recruiter – Finance, 1-8 yrs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from job description creation to candidate onboarding, including CV sourcing, shortlisting, validation, interviews, and negotiation.

• Comprehend client needs and identify suitable candidate profiles.

• Facilitate connections between candidates and clients while coordinating interview schedules.

• Support in offer negotiations and the onboarding process.

• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.

• Assist in the acquisition of new clients.

• Evaluate and shortlist candidates through job portals and networking platforms.

• Develop talent pipelines of high-potential candidates for future roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA in Finance and Human Resources.

• 1 to 8 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Consultant, or in a similar Human Resources position.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Talent Acquisition cycle.

• Experience in Non-IT recruitment, specifically in Brokerage, Insurance, AIF, and Portfolio Management System sectors.

• Proven experience in Retail recruitment, including hiring for store staff, is mandatory.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
