This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of the monthly management reporting cycle for squad-based and entity-level P&L.
• Conduct actuals-versus-budget variance analysis and provide explanatory commentary.
• Develop and maintain the fiscal year budget and rolling forecast across squads and entities for the Australian financial year.
• Report on CARR and movements, including new business, expansion, and churn.
• Reconcile Salesforce opportunity data with signed contracts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue results.
• Model unit economics for SaaS and teleradiology services, detailing per-study and per-site pricing.
• Prepare board-pack and QBR schedules for the CEO Office.
• Assist investor relations with foundational financial analysis.
• Work alongside the data team on NetSuite and Databricks reporting pipelines.
• Aid in audit, statutory reporting, IPO-readiness, segregation-of-duties, and control-documentation workstreams.
• Provide commercial deal support for tenders, pricing, and business cases.
• Conduct Legal-owned Limits of Authority checks.
• Define the group’s reporting model across six regions and various business lines.
• Report directly to the CFO as an individual contributor.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, transaction services, or investment banking.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation, including FX translation.
• Proficient in three-statement and driver-based financial modeling.
• Strong SQL or Python skills sufficient for data extraction.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Capability to write clear financial commentary for executive and Board audiences.
• CA, CPA, or CFA qualifications (desirable).
• Experience with NetSuite (desirable).
• Experience with Salesforce or Databricks (desirable).
• Familiarity with SaaS or recurring-revenue metrics, such as ARR, net revenue retention, and cohort analysis (desirable).
• Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries (desirable).
• Experience with pre-IPO or listed-company reporting (desirable).
