• Collaborate with departmental leaders to facilitate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data-informed decision-making. This position will emphasize collaboration with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Facilities leadership.
• Evaluate current and historical trends in key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and analyze financial outcomes to pinpoint business opportunities and risks; provide leadership with recommended actions based on these insights.
• Develop and sustain financial models that support strategic initiatives and scenario analysis.
• Oversee segments of the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
• Assist cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Propel process enhancements to improve data integrity and the precision of reporting.
• Aid in assessing the financial implications of strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities.
• Work with management to disseminate approved budgets throughout the organization and resolve inquiries.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of pertinent experience.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or comparable FP&A systems is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Up to 10% travel.
