This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee financial analysis and provide decision support for budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning.
• Develop monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presentations, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and client-level reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis on actuals, plans, and forecasts for key financial statement lines and metrics related to Renters Solutions products and clients.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance to pinpoint drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Construct and refine financial models, scenarios, and business cases for forecasting, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business leaders to align assumptions, enhance visibility, and facilitate decision-making.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecast updates, and ad hoc analyses.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency in reporting while enhancing processes, tools, and analytical efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business finance, or a similar analytical position.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Capability to transform high-volume, complex financial and operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and business actions.
• Experience in creating management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or comparable analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems is advantageous.
• Background in supporting strategic planning, investment analysis, or enterprise-wide business initiatives is beneficial.
• Experience working directly with senior business leaders on performance management and decision support is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, reporting, forecasting, or workflow efficiency is helpful.
• A comprehensive understanding of insurance or financial services business issues and concepts is beneficial.
• Salary range of $64,900.00–$108,200.00 per year.
