Senior Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client invoicing process from start to finish.

• Ensure the accurate generation and tracking of invoices against HubSpot deal IDs.

• Maintain transparency regarding billing status across all ongoing deals.

• Monitor incoming finances (Accounts Receivable / AR management).

• Assist in tracking revenue and reconciling discrepancies between deals, invoices, and payments.

• Track and reconcile invoices from vendors and contractors.

• Align expenses with deals to ascertain the cost of goods sold (COGS).

• Supervise payment timelines and pinpoint overdue accounts.

• Create reports that highlight AR risks and aging balances.

• Generate financial reports utilizing QuickBooks and Bill.com.

• Identify gaps in workflows, integrations, and data accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or bookkeeping.

• Strong familiarity with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive financial workflows, work independently in a hands-on capacity, and identify as well as resolve process inefficiencies.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills with a readiness to address issues proactively.
