Senior Finance Solution Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assume ultimate responsibility for fulfilling customer requirements and guarantee that a robust, comprehensive solution design is provided.

• Perform a quality assurance role across various projects.

• Alternate between supporting and leading customer-facing functional workshops.

• Oversee a team of functional consultants and business analysts.

• Provide guidance and assistance to Ludia’s Technical Architects for integration, data, and custom development initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with project and program managers to effectively communicate progress, risks, and issues.

• Engage with both internal and external senior stakeholders.

• Adapt approach and communication style as necessary for each interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience with Microsoft D365 FSC/F&O/AX and CE Project Operations, Sales, and/or Field Service.

• Strong proficiency in PMA, Project Costing, and Core Financials is essential.

• Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&SC projects is required.

• Solid background in Microsoft platform Software or IT, with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in a consultancy setting preferred.

• Extensive experience as a Functional Lead and Solution Architect working with the core D365 Finance & Supply Chain (FSC) modules, including Project Management & Accounting (PMA).

• Ability to manage short-term demands while keeping the long-term vision necessary to guide clients through the implementation process.

• Highly driven and detail-oriented individual.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills at the executive level.

• Significant experience in coaching and guiding individuals at all levels within the client organization.

• Microsoft FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect certification is desirable.

• Microsoft D365 certifications are also desirable.
