Senior Finance Manager, WCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the yearly budgeting process and maintain financial forecasting models to aid in strategic planning, expenditure decisions, and investment capacity.

• Lead contract negotiations with external vendors, legal advisors, and service providers.

• Manage the complete expense review and approval workflow.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, along with in-depth analysis of financial statements.

• Review and authorize financial systems activities and wire transfers, support treasury operations, and ensure operational redundancies.

• Guarantee accurate and timely financial reporting and management accounting, which includes monthly and quarterly dashboards.

• Direct financial BOM reporting and assist with TMC/LP quarterly reporting requirements.

• Deliver strategic financial analysis to functional leaders regarding management company expenses, fund performance, and strategic scenarios.

• Aid operational initiatives, including the formation of authorization matrices and quarterly OKR reporting.

• Serve as the primary contact for the Woven by Toyota finance team.

• Assist with additional operational and financial processes to promote operational excellence across the fund.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting leadership roles.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.

• Profound understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS, along with management accounting.

• Proven experience in financial modeling and data analytics.

• Experience with venture capital, private equity, or partnership accounting is preferred.

• Capacity to navigate a globally matrixed organization and manage long-term internal and external relationships.

• Competence in managing risk and developing a governance framework within Finance.

• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and QBO is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to contribute beyond the accounting function.

• Analytical skills related to systems, including the implementation of software for management or financial reporting.
