
Senior Finance Manager, Global Logistics Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Oversee forecasting, annual budgeting, long-term planning, monthly reports, and financial assessments for Global Logistics.
• Act as a finance business partner to the leadership of Global Logistics and AIS Supply Chain.
• Offer financial advice, strategic insights, and support for decision-making.
• Create executive-level reports on performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams from Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Sourcing, Customs & Trade Compliance, Regional/Segment Finance, Controllership, and Corporate Finance.
• Direct financial planning, tracking, reporting, and execution support for Variable Cost Productivity.
• Identify, validate, and track savings initiatives.
• Provide financial leadership regarding global tariffs, customs, and duty-related matters.
• Anticipate exposure, analyze business impacts, support mitigation strategies, and report on risks and opportunities.
• Assist with monthly closure and post-close analysis, including variance reporting.
• Convert financial outcomes into actionable business recommendations.
• Design logistics analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Streamline and automate reporting processes.
• Standardize financial reporting processes, metrics, and governance for global logistics across various regions.
• Aid in operating reviews and leadership discussions by providing performance narratives, analyses, and recommendations.
• Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making within Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 years of progressively responsible financial experience.
• Proven ability to lead within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong PC proficiency.
• Experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, or Business Objects.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Capability to articulate complex business issues clearly and succinctly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and facilitate change across various levels, functions, and regions/SBUs.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to add value to operational teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
