This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive financial planning activities for the company, which encompass annual operating planning, long-range planning (LRP), rolling forecasts, and executive consolidations across all business units.
• Act as the strategic finance partner and reliable advisor to Sprout’s G&A leadership team, including the People, Legal, IT, and Corporate functions, aiding in investment decisions and operational trade-offs.
• Manage and improve corporate financial models, SaaS operating metrics, headcount planning frameworks, and executive reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Enhance forecast accuracy and operational discipline through proactive variance analysis, scenario planning, and actionable insights into the drivers of company performance.
• Take ownership of total-company payroll, tax, benefits, and macro-level merit/promotion guidance allocation assumptions in close collaboration with the Total Rewards team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Procurement, Total Rewards, and business leaders to optimize spending management, workforce planning, and financial transparency.
• Create executive-ready narratives and presentations that transform complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations.
• Advocate for analytical excellence, scalable planning processes, and best practices across the broader FP&A organization, serving as a key driver of team initiatives and a mentor to team members.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Strong proficiency in corporate financial planning processes, including annual planning, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and executive consolidations.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis, with a comprehensive understanding of SaaS unit economics, headcount planning, and operating performance metrics.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with senior business leaders to influence investment decisions, drive accountability, and provide actionable financial insights.
• Exceptional communication and executive storytelling abilities, capable of synthesizing complex financial data into clear recommendations for leadership audiences.
