This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for TURMECA.
• Deliver decision-focused insights to regional and headquarters leadership regarding revenue, margins, operating expenses, risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with country finance and commercial teams to enhance forecast reliability, execution discipline, and accountability.
• Assist in the development of the annual operating plan, target setting, and resource distribution across markets.
• Create executive-level materials and financial narratives for leadership evaluations.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork with commercial, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and shared services teams.
• Utilize SAP, Microsoft tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance financial insight generation and reporting efficiency.
• Review business cases, accruals, reserves, and critical transactions to ensure financial governance and compliance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning, or business partnering.
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong grasp of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-country business landscapes and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to convert financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft concise executive-level messages and presentations.
• Confidence and effectiveness in engaging with senior leaders.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft tools, and enterprise financial reporting systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to AI tools and new digital solutions.
• Experience in medical technology, complex organizational structures, regional headquarters finance roles, business case assessments, compliance-focused finance support, or cross-functional transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
