Senior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with level 1 leadership to achieve financial objectives

• Take ownership of the P&L for a hardware manufacturing business unit

• Guide FP&A talent and cultivate a high-performing organization

• Enhance financial understanding among business partners

• Provide clear, actionable financial insights to leadership and business partners

• Propel profitable growth alongside commercial, product, and engineering teams

• Improve the controls environment through enhanced cost visibility and budget accountability

• Create forecasts, address challenges, and execute projects using analytical and data-driven methodologies

• Act as a strategic thought leader within the business unit

• Collaborate with accounting to ensure compliance with SOX and accounting policies

• Promote process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Support the global team as necessary

• Lead various projects

• Report directly to the FHS CFO

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting

• 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience, encompassing commercial, product development, and operations

• 3+ years of leadership experience with proven career advancement

• Manufacturing experience is preferred

• Experience in hardware service environments is advantageous

• Familiarity with SaaS or ARR business models is a plus

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is required

• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, BI, or similar visualization tools

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in a fast-paced environment

• Effective in a multi-location organization and able to adjust to local cultures

• Willingness to travel as needed, up to monthly
