This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting for the Industrials Division.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting activities, including variance analysis and preparation of executive reporting packages.
• Evaluate SaaS performance metrics such as ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operating leverage.
• Assist in financial consolidation and performance analysis across multiple business units.
• Develop and sustain financial models utilized for planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Support acquisition onboarding and the financial integration processes following acquisitions.
• Enhance reporting processes, data quality, and financial transparency within acquired businesses.
• Aid in budgeting, strategic planning, and financial analysis related to board/investor matters.
• Work collaboratively across accounting, operations, data, and executive leadership teams.
• Foster process standardization and change management initiatives across portfolio companies.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Previous experience in supporting SaaS or software businesses is essential.
• Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-business unit environments is necessary.
• Strong comprehension of SaaS metrics, including ARR, retention, margin analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience in acquisition integration, M&A settings, or private equity-backed organizations is highly preferred.
• Proficient in advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Required experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights.
• Strong skills in Excel and financial systems are essential.
• Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, high-accountability environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a readiness to engage with details while maintaining a strategic outlook.
