This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Financial Modeling and Underwriting
• Evaluate senior living investments, encompassing occupancy ramp, rate/mix by care level, labor models, and operating expenses.
• Investor Support and Underwriting Collaboration
• Convert operational assumptions and performance metrics into analyses and presentations suitable for investors.
• Transactions and Strategic Analysis
• Perform market research and competitive analysis within the senior housing sector.
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Create and maintain forward-looking financial projections that incorporate occupancy, rate growth, and labor cost assumptions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
• 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, REITs, or senior living
• Proficient Excel skills with substantial experience in financial modeling
• Knowledge of real estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, valuation)
