Group Product Manager – Pix, Open Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the PIX and Open Finance teams.

• Establish the product strategy and outline the roadmap.

• Actively ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the design team to discuss usability aspects.

• Engage in engineering discussions.

• Work with the data team to analyze metrics.

• Delegate tasks and motivate the team.

• Create OKRs and KPIs to evaluate product success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Group Product Manager, with direct contributions to successful project outcomes.

• Technical and business understanding of SPI, DICT, Balance Holder (Detentor de Saldo), ITP, Data Transmission, and Data Reception.

• A forward-thinking viewpoint on PIX and Open Finance (including regulation, market trends, and customer behaviors).

• A mindset focused on utilizing AI as a growth accelerator.

• Extensive experience in product and business metrics.

• Proficiency in managing the conversion funnel.

• Familiarity with an experimentation culture: A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

• Practical experience in an agile work environment.

• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to communicate clearly to engage stakeholders.

• A balance between strategic vision and tactical execution.

• Experience in developing digital products within the financial sector.
