Senior Finance ERP Consultant – Austria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You understand the significant impact an ERP implementation has on a business. During this crucial phase, you will be one of the main points of contact for the client, collaborating with your colleagues, the client’s project team, and external partners to ensure a successful implementation. Your primary focus will be on the financial modules of our solution.

• You will assess the client’s current and future financial processes and translate them into our solution offerings.

• You will create and take responsibility for a comprehensive project plan within your area of accountability.

• You will lead specific finance-related subprojects in partnership with the client’s implementation team.

• You will engage and inspire the client through persuasive presentations, workshops, and demonstrations of our financial modules, along with related applications, portals, and partner products.

• You will proactively promote implementation at the client site and identify potential challenges early on.

• You will regularly evaluate target achievement and progress, including necessary cross-company collaboration, to ensure success and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• You will maintain contact with the internal 4PS organization to ensure customer expectations align with our deliverables.

• At the conclusion of the project, you will conduct a thorough closing review within the team to discuss and document lessons learned for future projects.

• You communicate effectively with our customers and possess a profound understanding of financial processes—preferably within the construction industry, although we welcome experience from other sectors.

• You have experience working with ERP solutions and their financial modules.

• You bring substantial knowledge in financial accounting, reporting, and controlling—ideally acquired through academic studies or professional experience.

• You exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.

• You can work with an evolving product and contribute to its development.
