Senior Finance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint projects within your area of expertise.

• Evaluate client requirements and suggest customized solutions that enhance business operations and system efficiency.

• Provide consultative training and best-practice advice to client teams.

• Address complex system challenges and offer effective solutions.

• Create client-ready deliverables, recommendations, and plans for implementation.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships at all organizational levels, including with executive leadership.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Ensure accurate project documentation and record-keeping.

• Track project billing, collections, and client satisfaction levels.

• Recognize out-of-scope requests and assist in developing change orders when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with internal consulting, sales, and technical teams.

• Discover avenues to expand client engagements and introduce additional services.

• Assist in the development of proposals and support sales efforts.

• Participate in webinars, thought leadership initiatives, marketing materials, and client presentations.

• Guide and mentor consultants through coaching and best-practice recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, CRM, or Project Management/Resource Planning within an Architecture & Engineering (A&E) firm or a related sector.

• A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.

• Cross-functional knowledge of additional Vantagepoint modules.

• Experience in supporting system implementations, process improvement projects, and software training.

• Deltek Vantagepoint Certification is advantageous.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
