Senior Finance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Annual Planning process for the financial and strategic plan of your business unit.

• Direct projects that deliver new insights to business leaders, enhancing their confidence in the decision-making process.

• Advocate for decisions driven by data.

• Effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and senior leadership to pinpoint solutions necessary for achieving business objectives while providing impactful advice, insights, challenges, and decision support.

• Manage special initiatives such as strategic planning, business case formulation, and support for mergers and acquisitions.

• Ensure that operational choices align with strategic objectives.

• Review, analyze, and guarantee the integrity of operational data.

• Partner with teams to generate operational insights and propose recommendations for enhancements.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams and provide assistance with ad hoc analyses and support.

• Collect, integrate, and evaluate essential financial metrics, identifying the underlying causes of revenue and cost fluctuations.

• Maintain monthly reporting documents.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of education and experience.

• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with general financial reporting.

• Proficient in advanced MS Excel and financial modeling.

• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
