This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold Cash EBITDA and Free Cash Flow models, encompassing monthly actuals, projections, variance analyses, and cash bridges.
• Oversee the Annual Operating Plan and forecasting cycles.
• Integrate financial plans and rigorously assess assumptions.
• Link P&L, Cash EBITDA, FCF, and cash flow forecasts.
• Evaluate revenue, operating expenses, headcount, working capital, and other performance indicators.
• Align results with Accounting and Finance teams.
• Generate monthly and quarterly actuals versus forecast/plan reports.
• Create financial analyses, presentations, and supplementary materials for senior Finance and company leadership.
• Streamline and automate FP&A models and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proficient financial modeling abilities.
• Practical experience in constructing and maintaining intricate models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Robust comprehension of the income statement and cash flow statement.
• Insight into how operational performance and working capital influence cash.
• Capability to analyze substantial amounts of financial data and pinpoint key drivers.
• Skill in conveying results through a clear business narrative.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Proficiency in explaining financial outcomes and variances to both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
• Strong organizational competencies.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaborate across Finance and the wider organization.
• Must clear a background check.
