This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.
• Assist in the daily finance and accounting functions across Endeavour's EMEA entities.
• Collaborate with the Controller and regional business leaders to enhance financial reporting, support operational decision-making, and drive ongoing business initiatives.
• Conduct financial analyses, reconciliations, and prepare supporting schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Aid in managing cash flow, monitoring working capital, and performing other treasury-related tasks as needed.
• Evaluate purchase requests for completeness, proper coding, budget availability, and necessary approvals.
• Generate, distribute, and maintain purchase orders within the Company's ERP system.
• Review, code, and process supplier invoices in alignment with Company policies.
• Oversee the onboarding of new suppliers while maintaining accurate vendor master data.
• Create and sustain Project IDs and project financial structures within the ERP system.
• Compile documentation necessary for VAT filings, statutory financial statements, external audits, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, ideally within a multinational or multi-entity organization.
• Proficient in supporting month-end close processes, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and purchase order workflows.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders on financial reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making.
• Familiarity with coordinating efforts with external accountants, auditors, payroll providers, and tax advisors across various jurisdictions.
• Working knowledge of European VAT regulations, statutory reporting, and local compliance requirements.
• Proficient in ERP systems (such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in one or more additional European languages is a valuable asset.
