📋 Description

• Evaluate financial and accounting data to pinpoint issues, trends, and necessary actions.

• Address intricate questions related to accounting, bookkeeping, and finance.

• Offer practical accounting and financial advice based on the available business data.

• Examine transactions, financial records, and reports using QuickBooks Online.

• Assist with inquiries related to financial reporting, bookkeeping processes, reconciliations, and accounting practices.

• Deliver advisory suggestions to small and medium-sized business (SMB) owners and finance stakeholders.

• Analyze financial information and convey conclusions clearly and accurately.

• Handle both general support requests and more complex financial situations.

• Utilize sound professional judgment when addressing ambiguous or data-intensive accounting questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, financial consulting, or a similar field.

• Senior-level expertise as a Controller, CFO/CFO Advisor, Finance Director, Finance Manager, VP Finance, or equivalent position.

• Practical professional experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• Background in advising or supporting SMB clients or business owners on accounting and financial issues.

• Experience working with or advising at least three different organizations.
