This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Create user-friendly, enterprise-level interfaces and experiences utilizing Figma, emphasizing clarity, consistency, and scalability across intricate product surfaces.
• Oversee the complete UX design process for data review and approval workflows, converting business requirements into structured, user-focused design solutions.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to establish user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications.
• Build and sustain design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns within Figma to guarantee visual and functional consistency throughout the product.
• Perform and synthesize user research, stakeholder feedback, and usability findings to guide and refine design decisions.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design documentation to facilitate seamless handoff to development teams.
• Participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews, championing the user perspective during the product development lifecycle.
• Function effectively in a fast-paced, engagement-driven model — this is a dedicated 6-week, full-time role requiring strong independence and a focus on delivery.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff features.
• Proven experience designing for enterprise environments, with a comprehension of complex information architectures and multi-role user journeys.
• Established track record in designing data review and approval workflows — including audit interfaces, multi-step validation flows, or exception management tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across web or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Capability to transform ambiguous requirements into clear, validated design solutions with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions to non-design audiences.
• Experience in agile or sprint-based delivery models is a plus.
• Proficiency in English: Advanced (essential for effective communication with global teams).
