This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create user-friendly, enterprise-level interfaces and experiences utilizing Figma, emphasizing clarity, consistency, and scalability within intricate product environments.
• Oversee the comprehensive UX design process for data review and approval workflows, converting business needs into structured, user-centric design solutions.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to establish user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications.
• Develop and sustain design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns in Figma to guarantee visual and functional uniformity across the product.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder input, and usability findings to guide and refine design choices.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design documentation to facilitate seamless transitions to development teams.
• Participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews, championing the user perspective throughout the product development cycle.
• Thrive in a dynamic, engagement-focused environment — this is a dedicated full-time assignment over a six-week period, requiring strong independence and a focus on delivery.
• Mastery of Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff functionalities.
• Proven experience in designing for enterprise settings, with knowledge of complex information architectures and multi-role user journeys.
• A solid history of designing data review and approval workflows — including audit interfaces, multi-step validation processes, or exception management tools.
• A compelling portfolio that highlights comprehensive UX work across web or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in creating and managing scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Capability to convert vague requirements into clear, validated design solutions with limited guidance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to non-design audiences confidently.
• Familiarity with agile or sprint-based delivery models is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English: Advanced (essential for effective communication with global teams).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design roles, particularly focused on enterprise product design and the hands-on delivery of complex workflow and data-driven interfaces.
