Senior Figma Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Create intuitive, enterprise-level user interfaces and experiences utilizing Figma, prioritizing clarity, consistency, and scalability across intricate product surfaces.

• Oversee the complete UX design process for data review and approval workflows, converting business requirements into structured, user-focused design solutions.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to establish user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive design specifications.

• Design and sustain design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns within Figma to guarantee visual and functional uniformity across the product.

• Conduct and consolidate user research, stakeholder feedback, and usability insights to guide and refine design decisions.

• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design documentation that facilitate seamless handoff to development teams.

• Participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews, championing the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, engagement-driven environment — this role is a dedicated 6-week, full-time assignment demanding strong autonomy and a focus on delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, encompassing components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff capabilities.

• Proven experience in designing for enterprise settings, with knowledge of complex information architectures and multi-role user journeys.

• Established history of designing data review and approval workflows — including audit interfaces, multi-step validation flows, or exception management tools.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across web or enterprise platforms.

• Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.

• Capacity to translate vague requirements into clear, validated design solutions with minimal guidance.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable presenting and justifying design choices to non-design audiences.

• Familiarity with agile or sprint-based delivery models is advantageous.

• English: Advanced (essential for effective communication with global teams).
