Senior Figma Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive and of enterprise quality using Figma, emphasizing clarity, consistency, and scalability across complex product interfaces.

• Oversee the complete UX design process for data review and approval workflows, converting business needs into structured, user-centric design solutions.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to outline user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications.

• Develop and sustain design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns within Figma to ensure visual and functional uniformity across the product.

• Conduct user research, gather stakeholder feedback, and analyze usability findings to inform and refine design decisions.

• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design documentation that facilitate seamless handoffs to development teams.

• Participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews, advocating for user perspectives throughout the product development process.

• Function effectively in a fast-paced, engagement-driven environment — this role is a dedicated 6-week, full-time assignment that requires strong autonomy and a focus on delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert-level skills in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff features.

• Proven experience designing for enterprise environments, with insights into complex information architectures and multi-role user journeys.

• Demonstrated success in designing data review and approval workflows, including audit interfaces, multi-step validation flows, or exception management tools.

• A strong portfolio that highlights end-to-end UX work across web or enterprise platforms.

• Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.

• Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clear, validated design solutions with minimal guidance.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence in presenting and defending design choices to non-design audiences.

• Familiarity with agile or sprint-based delivery models is a plus.

• Advanced English proficiency is required for effective communication with global teams.
