Senior Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Install and replace parts, components, and modules in telecommunications equipment.

• Configure and parameterize mobile and portable radios in line with the company’s communication standards.

• Implement and set up Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, encompassing radio link (transmission) systems and related infrastructure.

• Conduct both corrective and preventive maintenance on communication systems (RF and infrastructure).

• Deliver field technical support, engaging directly with customers and diagnosing issues.

• Oversee service tickets, ensuring technical coordination and escalation with the NOC.

• Create comprehensive and precise technical reports for service calls, maintenance, and installations, including As-Built documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical qualification in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering Technology.

• Good standing with the CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians).

• Prior experience in field technical support or the implementation of Radio Frequency (RF) systems.

• Practical experience in the installation and configuration of communication radios (fixed, mobile, or portable).

• Fundamental understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including RF sites and towers.

• Experience working at heights.

• Valid NR-35 certification.
