Master Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Verify, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and test equipment to guarantee quality and durable repairs.

• Address chronic units and outliers, averaging two ATMs repaired daily.

• Conduct comprehensive preventative maintenance on all modules.

• Utilize NCR Atleos knowledge systems, repositories, and resources effectively.

• Manage PPK to ensure accurate parts inventory.

• Analyze device logs and decode them to determine root causes.

• Travel beyond the usual service area as necessary, potentially requiring overnight stays.

• Contribute input to Knowledge Systems as needed.

• Provide high-quality support and improved outcomes aligned with established KPIs and Customer SLAs.

• Identify equipment that necessitates specialized expertise within assigned work zones.

• Collaborate with local teams to coach and mentor as required.

• Report to the Master Field Technician Team Leader.

• Carry out additional duties and tasks as directed by the employer within the scope of qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in NCR ATM repair.

• Completion of both Basic and Advanced ATM training in NCRU.

• A recommendation from your Direct Manager.

• Demonstrated performance supported by quality data.

• Familiarity with NCR Atleos ATM Diagnostic tools, troubleshooting, and repair processes.

• Willingness and capability to travel outside the regular service area.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary.

• Availability to work overtime upon management request or necessity.

• Adherence to employee health and safety policies and standards.

• Compliance with company fleet policies and safe driving regulations.

• Successful completion of relevant screening criteria.

• Preferred: Knowledge in Electrical Engineering.

• Preferred: Advanced understanding of Networking Technology.

• Preferred: Comprehensive knowledge of NCR Atleos’ products and processes.
