Senior Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide service for Beckman Coulter products at customer locations.

• Build and maintain customer relationships while supporting business initiatives.

• Foster a sense of urgency to quickly meet customer requirements.

• Focus on achieving a “first time fix” during the problem-solving process.

• Travel mainly within the United States, with occasional international travel and overnight stays.

• Report to the Northeast Supervisor as a member of the US Northeast Field Service Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, or a life science, OR equivalent military experience in working with mechanical, technical, laboratory, pneumatic, or related instruments.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in problem-solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting instrumentation issues using diverse methods.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% via flying and/or driving, including overnight stays.

• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.

• Capability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise, and/or position up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Must be able to stand, walk for extended periods, sit, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach with hands and arms.
