Senior Field Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales goals and optimize revenue growth.

• Track and assess sales performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and initiate corrective measures as necessary.

• Foster and sustain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure sales strategies align with overall business objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitor assessments to uncover new business opportunities and remain informed about industry trends.

• Present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, emphasizing key accomplishments, challenges, and suggestions.

• Mentor and onboard new sales team members, offering guidance and support to enhance their sales abilities and product knowledge.

• Keep abreast of market trends, customer demands, and industry advancements to effectively position the company's products and services.

• Remain updated on sales techniques and best practices, continually refining sales processes and methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a higher education degree in business or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of prior outside sales experience.

• At least 3 years of previous industry sales experience.

• Proven success in B2B sales to companies with 100 or more employees.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets as both an individual contributor and a team member.

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

• Proven experience in developing sales talent.

• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and motivation, with a strong desire to succeed.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SaaS CRM platforms.
