Senior Field Marketing Manager – West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align event investments with territory and account priorities.

• Create scalable playbooks for event planning, execution, and follow-up.

• Develop and manage event budgets while maintaining a strong focus on ROI.

• Establish standardized processes for planning, tracking, and post-event follow-up.

• Implement scalable systems for registration tracking, lead capture, routing, and enforcing SLAs.

• Promote pre-event enablement and rigorous post-event follow-up across Sales teams.

• Define and monitor KPIs such as: Pipeline generated and influenced, Revenue attribution, Cost per opportunity, Event ROI, and Meeting conversion rates.

• Provide executive-level reporting and insights.

• Continuously optimize channel mix based on performance metrics.

• Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to assess impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in field marketing or event marketing.

• Proven experience in managing and executing large-scale tradeshows and high-volume field programs.

• Track record of successfully driving pipeline and revenue through event initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability in managing budgets and forecasting ROI.

• Experienced people manager with a background in leading and developing direct reports.

• Familiarity with high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

• Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
