This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, implement, and evaluate regional field initiatives.
β’ Oversee all aspects of event logistics from start to finish.
β’ Monitor and report on the results of field programs.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing on program strategies.
β’ Co-create the yearly customer field program schedule.
β’ Take full responsibility for executing CAB meetings and monitoring customer program results.
β’ 6-9 years of experience in B2B field marketing.
β’ Strong skills in project management.
β’ Proficient in Salesforce.
β’ Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 30% for events and customer programs.
β’ Direct experience managing customer-facing initiatives like CAB meetings, user groups, or customer roadshows.
