This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the North America events calendar, which includes trade shows, sponsored events, hosted dinners, roundtables, Stord Summits, and partner activations.
• Identify and prioritize the most impactful event opportunities across key markets and verticals in North America, establishing a presence that garners attention and drives pipeline.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, encompassing vendor relationships, booth design, staffing, and post-event follow-up and attribution.
• Develop and expand Stord's event strategy in North America, which includes Stord Summits, executive dinners, and brand experiences aimed at fostering strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Field Marketing Manager to exchange insights, align on global event strategies, and ensure a consistent Stord field presence internationally.
• Create and implement regional campaigns that generate pipeline for the North America Sales team through paid, organic, email, and partner channels.
• Manage regional attribution and reporting; be knowledgeable about performance metrics and communicate results effectively to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Utilize data and pipeline signals to continually refine the North America field marketing mix and focus on the most impactful programs.
• Develop co-marketing initiatives with key partners to enhance Stord's reach and credibility within the region.
• Act as the primary marketing collaborator for the North America Sales team; establish a robust feedback loop between field activities and Sales priorities.
• Create pre- and post-event enablement and follow-up sequences in collaboration with the Customer Marketing Manager to maximize conversion rates from field programs.
• Provide regional market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to the broader Marketing and Product teams.
• Assist Sales by supplying regionally relevant content, materials, and campaign assets that reflect the priorities and language of North American buyers.
• 7–10 years of field or regional marketing experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services setting.
• Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a North America field marketing program, including a portfolio of both owned and sponsored events that generated measurable pipeline.
• Extensive expertise in event marketing, including trade shows, hosted experiences, executive dinners, and partner activations.
• Strong foundation in demand generation; comfortable with owning pipeline objectives and collaborating closely with a regional Sales team.
• Data-oriented mindset; you track everything, communicate clearly, and leverage results to make informed decisions on future investments.
• Exceptional project management abilities; capable of managing multiple programs across various markets simultaneously without sacrificing momentum or quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence without authority and build trust with Sales, Partners, and executive stakeholders.
• High ownership mentality: you define direction, drive execution, and take responsibility for outcomes from start to finish.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, and contemporary event management platforms.
• Stord participates in E-verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
