This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Strategize and implement company-wide and team-specific offsite events from initial concept through to onsite coordination and post-event evaluation.
β’ Oversee hotel accommodations, outings, menu arrangements, and on-site logistics in collaboration with the Director of People Operations.
β’ Lead and enhance celebrations such as work anniversaries, significant milestones, and opportunities for peer recognition.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in training, HR, events management, or a culture development role.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in managing event logistics, which includes hotel and vendor management.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in a position that has a substantial impact on culture building.
