This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Drive revenue growth by cultivating and managing strategic relationships with customers across our extensive range of scientific products and solutions.
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients, leveraging your scientific knowledge and a consultative sales approach.
• Work collaboratively with technical experts, product managers, and support teams to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
• Manage portfolios that include reagents and instruments in Molecular Biology, Cellular Culture, Cellular Analysis (Microscopy, Cytometry…), and Protein Biology for the Invitrogen, Gibco, and Applied Biosystems brands.
• Deliver value by applying insights from the life science portfolio to create unique products and services for our customers.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners to achieve results.
• Meet or exceed all assigned sales goals and quotas by proactively managing a sales funnel for consumables and instruments.
• Participate in additional projects that support the team, other departments, and management.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans, manage critical account relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction through consultative selling.
• Master's Degree combined with 5-8 years of proven sales experience in the Life Science sector, with a successful record of strategizing and achieving results.
• Preferred areas of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific disciplines.
• Possess technical knowledge and the ability to understand customer applications and workflows.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at a senior level.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and thoughtful planning capabilities.
• Motivated to meet sales objectives and consistently achieve outstanding results.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize and complete necessary tasks.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a matrixed organization.
• Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
