This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Federal Pursuits and Proposals Manager in organizing and preparing intricate federal proposals.
• Collect, arrange, and review proposal materials to ensure they comply with federal regulations and client specifications.
• Help facilitate internal and external kick-off meetings, monitor meeting tasks, and follow up on deadlines.
• Monitor proposal progress, deadlines, and milestones to guarantee timely submissions.
• Contribute to federal proposals, including responses to SF330.
• Engage in Shipley-inspired color reviews and integrate documented feedback into final drafts.
• Draft, technically edit, and compose proposal content.
• Create, edit, and oversee multiple SF330 sections, including Part IIs, based on priority.
• Develop templates according to RFP requirements and format documents for final submission.
• Manually construct proposal matrices and ensure adherence to solicitation requirements and project specifics.
• Address client inquiries for additional information or clarification after submission.
• Monitor proposal status and assist in follow-up communications.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain and organize proposal libraries, templates, and essential documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 5–10 years of experience in federal proposal coordination, particularly in A-E services.
• Experience managing multiple SF330 sections, including Part IIs, based on priority.
• Experience with federal contracts for agencies such as DOD, DOE, GSA, VA, or NASA is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of federal procurement regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Capability to coordinate several proposals simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Shipley methodology and the color team review process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong research skills, encompassing market research, competitive analysis, and risk analysis.
• Ability to create and edit content with minimal reliance on AI tools.
• Willingness to travel 10% for select meetings and conferences.
