This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of RFPs and RFIs from the initial intake stage to the final submission.
• Effectively manage multiple ongoing proposals with varying requirements, stakeholders, deadlines, and stages of completion.
• Assess opportunities, identify requirements and next steps, create project plans, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Follow up on pending items and escalate any obstacles as necessary.
• Compose, refine, and enhance proposal responses customized for each prospect and opportunity.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect and confirm information.
• Conduct final quality assurance and coordinate the submission process.
• Maintain transparency regarding status, ownership, next steps, deadlines, and risks across all active proposals.
• Enhance proposal workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), cross-functional accountability, documentation, and the proposal content repository.
• Identify and implement improvements in AI, automation, and technology.
• Assist with active deals by creating tailored proposals, follow-up responses, ROI analyses, and other materials for buyers.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience managing intricate RFPs, RFIs, or grant proposals.
• Proven track record of independently overseeing the proposal process from intake to final submission.
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous proposals with conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Capacity to recognize gaps, independently resolve issues, and advance cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with proposal management software such as Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or comparable tools.
• Experience in the healthcare, employee benefits, behavioral health, or digital health sectors is preferred.
