
Senior Federal Channel Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Define and take ownership of Granicus’ strategy for federal alliances and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and federal market priorities.
• Identify, assess, and integrate strategic partners, which include: Global and mid-tier Systems Integrators.
• Federal technology partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), data, and platform partners.
• Advisory, consulting, and specialized federal experts.
• Create multi-year partnership roadmaps that are linked to agency missions, acquisition vehicles, and solution portfolios.
• Drive pipeline sourced by partners and influenced by partners across federal civilian and defense agencies.
• Collaborate with Federal Sales leadership on account mapping, deal strategy, and capture planning.
• Enable partners to effectively position Granicus solutions in areas such as: Digital services & Customer Experience (CX).
• Communications & public engagement.
• Regulatory, permitting, and compliance workflows.
• Support joint value propositions, bundled solutions, and co-selling initiatives.
• Build scalable partner programs, which include: Onboarding and certification.
• Enablement content and training.
• Joint marketing and demand generation.
• Establish clear performance metrics for partners, governance models, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Manage partner agreements, business plans, and the ongoing health of relationships.
• Act as the internal voice for federal partners, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Provide market feedback to shape the product roadmap and integration priorities.
• Represent Granicus in executive-level discussions with partners, industry forums, and federal events.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in the areas of: Federal alliances, partnerships, or channel leadership.
• Federal SaaS, GovTech, or technology services.
• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling strategic partnerships that yield measurable revenue impact.
• Strong understanding of: Federal procurement and contracting vehicles.
• Buying models of civilian and/or defense agencies.
• The federal systems integrator ecosystem.
