Senior Executive Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and spearhead the development of PowerPoint and Keynote presentations that effectively transform executive messages into engaging, visual stories.

• Establish and uphold presentation templates that adhere to various brand standards.

• Analyze intricate content and simplify it into clear, impactful visuals.

• Brand application and enhancement: implementing existing client brands across multiple event components, including event identity design, signage, collateral, etc., while ensuring brand consistency and pushing visual boundaries to elevate the brand within the live event atmosphere.

• Additional design support may encompass: print collateral, signage, and other campaign design forms, as well as social media visuals.

• Lead and collaborate with a diverse team of freelancers and contractors.

• Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Communication Strategists, and Producers on a regular basis.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their applications.

• Oversee freelance designers as required.

• This role will involve travel (10-15% of the time).

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in presentation design, particularly in live event settings supporting large-scale corporate events, conferences, sales kickoffs, or presentations to audiences exceeding 500 attendees.

• A 4-year undergraduate degree is preferred, ideally in fine arts.

• Experience working within established brand systems and design guidelines.

• Involvement in the agency creative process, including creative briefs, kick-off brainstorming sessions, weekly review meetings, and presentations to clients/executives.

• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote (required) as well as Adobe Creative Suite.

• Skilled at designing for speaker pacing and live stage settings.

• Experience in designing for large-format and live production environments.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English necessary for fulfilling job responsibilities, including communication with clients and team members.
